Food Intolerance A food intolerance is typically any adverse reaction or perceived adverse reaction to a food that is not a true food allergy (i.e. not mediated by IgE antibodies). If you are having trouble getting in to see your family doctor or nurse practitioner for your regular PAP, or if you would prefer to come to our clinic to have it done, feel free.
